Do you accept returns?

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns at this time. In the unlikely event that your item was damaged during shipping, please send a photo of the damage within three business days to info@myhopeboutique.com.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE for all US orders $49+!
All orders under $49 will be charged a $5 shipping fee.Your order will be shipped First Class via USPS. You may upgrade your shipping to Priority which is tracked and insured at checkout for $7.50.

My package hasn’t arrived but the tracking # says it’s been delivered?

Please contact your local post office as we are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. You may upgrade your shipping to "Priority" at checkout if you'd like to insure your package.

How long will it take to ship my order?

All of the items are handmade and one of a kind. Due to this, all orders are processed and will ship within 5-7 business days.

I want to give my order as a gift, does it come packaged?

My Hope Boutique ships all orders in a ribbon wrapped jewelry box -- ready to be given as a gift.

Do you offer wholesale?

We do! For all wholesale inquiries, please email info@myhopeboutique.com. We'd love for you to carry My Hope Jewelry in your retail space!

Will I receive the stone pictured?

You may not receive the exact stone pictured but it will be equally beautiful!

Can I exchange my item?

Care Instructions

Keep in mind that each piece is handmade so please be extremely delicate with them. Please remove your bracelets one at a time. While we use high-quality elastic, it will stretch over time. Avoid putting your jewelry in contact with chemicals including hair products, lotions, perfume, salt water and chlorine.

My bracelet broke, can I have it restrung?

While we use high-quality elastic, it will stretch over time. I know sometimes things happen! If your bracelet breaks within 30 days of purchasing we are happy to restring it for you at no charge. If it is after 30 days, there is a $10 restringing fee that can be purchased for each bracelet. Please email info@myhopeboutique.com to arrange your repair and instructions for shipping your beads/stones back to the studio.

Can I have my Pearl necklace restrung?

While we use high-quality silk, it will stretch over time. I know sometimes things happen! If your necklace breaks within 30 days of purchasing we are happy to restring it for you at no charge. If it is after 30 days, there is a $50 restringing fee that can be purchased for each necklace. Please email info@myhopeboutique.com to arrange your repair and instructions for shipping your pearls back to the studio.

Jewelry Care Guide

Our jewelry is fine in style, and should be handled carefully. While our materials are high quality, we encourage you to take good care of your jewelry. The below tips will help you enjoy your jewelry as long as possible:
Keep your jewelry away from prolonged contact with water/sweat.
Avoid contact with household chemicals, perfumes and hairsprays.
Avoid wearing your jewelry while taking part in strenuous activity, manual labor, and situations where the jewelry may become snagged etc.
Avoid dropping jewelry as many natural gemstones are fragile and will break.
Chlorinated water in swimming pools will 'oxidize' and blacken your jewelry, which can be hard or even impossible to remove, and the cleaning process can alter the finish of your jewelry irreversibly.
Avoid throwing your jewelry in purse unprotected as it may tangle, mis-shape & alter your jewelry.
