DOMESTIC SHIPPING & RETURNS
FREE USPS 5-7 DAY PRIORITY SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $49!
As all of the items are custom made upon receipt, please allow for at least 4 days to create and process the order. Orders typically ship the next business day after creation. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped.

Arrival time is an estimate and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. Orders typically ship the next business day after processing. Due to possible credit card verification, your order may be subject to a delayed shipping date.
Overnight Shipping
Orders placed for overnight service before 1:00 PM PST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.
Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S Territories
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased from My Hope Boutique are eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 days of purchase. Please note: Customers are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
SOME EXCEPTIONS:
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges on orders are not refundable.
Holiday Returns: During the Holiday season (Nov. 1st – Dec 25th), we will accept your return after 30 days so long as it is received by January 10th.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. We make sure to only send the jewelry pieces that are in their best condition. To be eligible for an exchange or return, we only accept those items that are in the same condition as sent to you. In the case of us receiving an item damaged or with signs of use, we will not refund the money.
